Worst place to work on your car. Brought my car due to going to another place like this and having to keep getting alignments. This one stated they could do the alignment right. After the first alignment with this place, the car started making a clicking noise when turning right. Brought it back and was told it was a motor mount. Got the motor mount and they installed it and still making noise and then told it was the steering wheel pinion, and this was out of their scop. Due to bad alignment tires started to be eaten up every 3 days. Was told to change out the control arm. Changed it out and did an alignment and everything was fine but now every 3 weeks tire will be eaten up. Brought it back and they did an alignment. Made it worse and tires started to be eaten up every 3 days again. Finally took things into my own hand and changed out both control arms myself and did an alignment at Firestone and never had a problem and its been a year now. I find it very hard that these people just did not know how to do an alignment and seemed as though they left it like this to wear out other parts of the car so it would cost more to fix. Bad business ethics and will never go back here ever ag

I went to this location, March 23 on a Sunday of 2025 had a small bend in the rear wheel rim which caused a slow leak. Went there to see if they can fix it. The person I talked to don’t know if he was the owner or the manager, but he act as though he never worked on a tire before, wasn’t very friendly and definitely wasn’t helpful at all Would not recommend this place to anyone. Don’t understand why they call themselves tires and rims cause they were definitely seemed very lost or maybe they just didn’t wanna help me don’t know which one it was but it was just a regular car tire size 24.

I had a disappointing experience here. I initially went to check out some used tires, agreed on a price, and returned later to have them installed. However, they unexpectedly raised the price, and when I mentioned our prior agreement, I encountered a poor attitude. Communication was also challenging, as the staff didn’t speak much English, making it difficult to resolve the issue. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
